The Mission:
AES Media Works, LLC offers affordable video production services

targeted at creators, start-ups, and especially small and medium non-profits. We create

impactful media designed to engage staff and communities effectively while maintaining

affordability.


More than 62% of non-profits in Ohio have a budget under $50k annually. This creates a large need for affordable media services.
In Cuyahoga County alone, the target area of
AES Media Works LLC, there are approximately 6,000 non-profits.
And in surrounding counties:

• Summit County: 4,599 non-profit organizations

• Lorain County: 2,200 non-profit organizations

This does not include counts for Medina, Summit, Lake, Portage or Geauga counties. However according to independentsector.org, Ohio is home to 59,897 nonprofit organizations.

Research indicates that most videos for non-profit organizations range from $3,000 to $10,000 for simple projects, we offer a boutique experience with prices ranging from a few hundred dollars to a couple thousand dollars.

Our costs for pre-production are a flat rate of $150, a one-time non-refundable fee, that covers scripting, on-camera coaching, and regional b-roll footage.
Our cost of filming (interviews, additional organization specific b-roll, events, etc) is $80 an hour.
A full eight hour day of filming for us would total, $640.
The total cost of a production includes post-production editing and a variety of options.
